• Support is in the English language only. All support is conducted via email. We will only provide support on Insider TA related functions. We expect that you will make all attempts to resolve your questions by first referring to the various help resources provided to you in print and electronic formats.
  
  
• We may allow you to install Insider TA™ on up to three computers, with the mutual understanding that only a single computer will be running Insider TA at any given time.  In other words, you may (1) choose to install Insider TA™ on a single machine (possibly used by one or more persons) or (2) installing Insider TA™ on up to three computers used exclusively by you. Any combination of these options, or installing Insider TA™ on a network server, is not permitted.
  
  
• To ensure only licensed copies are in use, Insider TA™ requires periodic validation of your license registration.  We refer to this process as "checking-in", and it takes only a few seconds to complete with an Internet connection.
