This is the Box Analyzer (BA) Optimizer button. The BA Optimizer automatically cycles through numerous combinations of BA settings and configures the combination that provides the highest BA yield. Once set, keep the settings where they are (Insider TA will remember them) so you can see if future "buy" and "sell" tags, as they appear, can be used to your advantage.
